Female Celebrity Emcee, Donna Rocked their Conference Dinner Party
Akzo Nobel held their conference & convention in Singapore & I was chosen to be their female celebrity emcee for their bonding night.
It was held at the Pyramid Bar in Singapore & Akzo Nobel booked out the venue for the whole night.
The attendee’s came from all over Asia for this conference, and because AkzoNobel deal in paints, their theme for their party was Copper night, as this year their paint colour was focusing on all shades of orange.
We had a whale of a time, especially as it was just after Chinese New Year & they wanted to have a tossing of the Loh Hei. Long tables were set up with plastic laid out on the floor. Can you imagine the mess that was created when 150 people, armed with chopsticks started tossing like crazy? It was really fun with me as their female celebrity emcee in Singapore.
Of course whenever an event is not held in a hotel ballroom, there can be challenges as the seating is usually bar style with tables & lounge chairs scattered around. Nevertheless, we managed to bring everyone together for some fun & games, and it proved to be a really happy, fun-filled event.
The staff at the Pyramid Bar were also extremely helpful & couldn’t do enough for us, so working together with them & the committee from AkzoNobel was a delight.
